By accessing or using Signal Atlas and related services provided by OpenGate AI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Signal Atlas is a software-as-a-service platform that provides observability financial intelligence by connecting to third-party APM platforms and analyzing usage and cost data. The service generates reports and insights based on data extracted from your connected platforms.

3. Account Registration

To use Signal Atlas, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Signal Atlas is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Signal Atlas only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service to violate any applicable laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of Signal Atlas is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you provide to the service.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Signal Atlas connects to third-party APM platforms using API credentials you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect these platforms and share the associated data with our service. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data from third-party platforms.

8. Intellectual Property

Signal Atlas, including its design, features, and content, is owned by OpenGate AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Signal Atlas is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the insights generated will be accurate or complete. The service provides estimates and analysis based on available data, which should be verified independently before making business decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenGate AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Signal Atlas. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Signal Atlas at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our retention policies.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new terms on our website or by email. Your continued use of Signal Atlas after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
